Go Slow Yoga is an accessible, nervous‑system‑aware practice designed to support you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body through moment‑to‑moment awareness.
Held online via Zoom over four Monday evenings, this nourishing class offers a soft landing at the end of your day and supports your transition into rest.
You can even practice in your pyjamas.
Accessible Hatha yoga postures

Gentle strength and restorative practices
Vagal toning to support nervous system flexibility
Whether you’re a clinician, frontline worker, veteran, allied health professional — or simply someone seeking nervous system care — this class is for you.
Go Slow Yoga is facilitated with cultural humility, compassion, and care. You’ll be offered modifications and options throughout, and encouraged to move in ways that feel right for your body. There’s space to check in, ask questions, or simply be — no pressure, no expectations.
This is not a one‑size‑fits‑all approach. It’s a welcoming alternative to mainstream studio classes, especially for those who may feel overwhelmed, intimidated, or underrepresented in traditional yoga spaces.
Come exactly as you are. You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and a practice that honours your unique experience.
Please note: this class is taught online.
While open to the general public, it is grounded in trauma‑sensitive yoga principles.
