Go Slow Yoga is an accessible practice of yoga focussed on attending to your nervous system.
it is designed to support you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body through moment-to-moment awareness.
Held ONLINE via Zoom over 4 Monday evenings, this nourishing class offers a soft landing at the end of your day, supporting your transition into rest.
You can even practice in your pajamas!
