Autumn Yoga

ONLINE Autumn Yoga 2022.

Accessible yoga for taking care of yourself.

Taster Classes available for new students!

You are invited to transition into the cooler, shorter days of Autumn with the support of a regular yoga practice.  Meeting  weekly ONLINE you can expect supportive and friendly yoga classes that are suitable for real people. These classes incorporate asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and of course savasana and restorative yoga for deep rest. These practices, or tools of yoga are offered as accessible strategies for taking care of yourself during the cooler months of the year. Each class is designed to support you, just as you are, everything is optional, modifications and options will be given and you will have full permission to move at your own pace. The focus will be to slow down and to nourish yourself through the practice of yoga.

Go Slow Yoga classes are a great alternative to a one size fits all yoga class. Despite the ONLINE platform for class delivery, the class size will remain small to allow for individual attention as Zoom is an interactive platform (i.e.: I will be able to see you and you will be able to see me).

Whilst tracksuits have always been welcome, now p.j’s are too!

I hope you can join me.

With continuing uncertainty around us,  Go Slow Yoga term classes will continue to be offered ONLINE. This is the most accessible, affordable and certain way i can offer regular yoga classes to you at this time.

My aim is to make Go Slow Yoga classes financially accessible to people whilst at the same time considering the need to pay myself a wage and to cover my costs.

If you are able to pay the full rate, I thank you. If not, please choose the payment option that is appropriate for you, according to your current financial circumstances. Please feel free to contact me if your circumstance is not reflected in the price structure.
