Whether you are desk based in a corporate environment, a frontline worker in a crisis driven setting or anywhere in between, there is a growing body of  evidence that somatic (body based) practices, like yoga, can assist in reducing stress and anxiety by regulating the autonomic nervous system (ANS).  This can result in participants experiencing a greater sense of overall mental and physical wellbeing.

I offer a range of classes that can be adapted for every "body" at all levels of experience and in a variety of workplace environments. 

No yoga experience is necessary and comfortable work clothes can be worn.

I tailor classes to the specific needs of your workplace and staff, which may also include increasing physical mobility and movement for sore lower backs, gentle strength building or a specific focus on rest.
