Go Slow Yoga is an accessible practice of yoga focussed on attending to you nervous system. It is designed to support you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your body through moment-to-moment awareness. Held in the evening, this nourishing class offers a soft landing at the end of your day, supporting your transition into rest.

Inclusive & Supportive: Go Slow Yoga is facilitated with compassion and care. You’ll be offered modifications and options throughout, and encouraged to move in ways that feel right for your body. There’s space to check in, ask questions, or simply be—no pressure, no expectations.
A Different Kind of Yoga Class: This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s a welcoming alternative to mainstream studio classes, especially for those who may feel overwhelmed, intimidated, or underrepresented in traditional yoga spaces.

While open to the general public, this class is grounded in trauma-sensitive yoga principles.
