General Yoga Classes

Go Slow Yoga classes focus on slowing down, tuning in and cultivating comfort in your body through moment to moment awareness. 

Each class incorporates accessible Hatha yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation, gentle strength, restorative practices as well as some yogic philosophy. 

Props, which can be found in your home, may be used and chanting  practices are included, but as with everything, participation is optional.

Expect weekly ONLINE classes that are facilitated to support you just as you are, where modifications and options are offered and you are invited to choose to move in a way that “feels” best for your body. There will be time for checking in or asking questions if you feel like doing so.

These classes are a welcome alternative to a one size fits all approach to yoga.

Go Slow Yoga classes are supportive and friendly and would suit those who would like to experience the benefits a mindful yoga practice can bring but who might feel overwhelmed, intimidated or not represented in mainstream studio classes. Come as you are!

What's the cost?

Go Slow Yoga classes are offered as tiered payment options dependant on your financial circumstances. 

Before booking, please consider your circumstances carefully whilst at the same time considering the needs to pay myself a wage and to cover my costs. 

If you are able to pay the full rate, I thank you. If not, please choose the payment option according to your current financial circumstances.
